Attorney Daniel Garcia is an Oxnard native. He was raised in a world-class boxing family. Mr. Garcia is a fighter at heart. He attended the University of California, Riverside, and immediately began his law school education in Ventura County.
While attending law school, he managed to work full-time and take on internships with local civil and defense attorneys. Mr. Garcia has represented hundreds of clients in DUI’s, misdemeanors, and felony cases. He is fluent in Spanish and can communicate with ease all of the procedures and process of the court to Spanish speaking clients.
